Ashley Foret Dees represents employers and individuals in a wide variety of immigration matters. She has considerable experience in a variety of areas of immigration law: H-2A and H-2B Labor Certification and Visa Processing, H-1B visas, Family Adjustment of Status cases, Consular Processing around the world and representation before the Immigration Courts. In connection with her immigration practice, she has spoken at the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) Annual Conference and MidSouth Chapter Conference, The Annual Federal Bar Association Immigration Law Seminar, and also serves as chair and speaker for the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Annual Immigration Law Update seminar. She currently serves on the AILA Pro Bono Committee.
