Stephen O'Connor is a dedicated immigration lawyer with extensive experience in immigration visas, immigration court removal defense, federal court litigation, and appeals. He is a former ICE prosecutor, and also an Attorney General's Honors law graduate who practiced as a federal attorney advisor with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), a unit of the U.S. Department of Justice. He joined the large Texas immigration firm of Foster Quan, and in 2009 opened his own solo practice, Law Office of Stephen O'Connor, in Austin, Texas. His practice covers family-based immigration, deportation defense and litigation, and naturalization and citizenship matters. In 2013 he joined AILA attorney Myron Morales to form Morales & O'Connor, PLLC, a full service immigration law firm located in Austin, Texas.
